the process

00. booking

After submitting the contact form, we begin with a brief conversation to lock in logistics—date, time, and the overall scope of the shoot. This is where the basics are defined and your spot is secured. A 50% retainer is paid at this stage to confirm the session. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot.

01. consultation 

Next, we align on vision. We’ll create a collaborative Pinterest mood board to unify the aesthetic —pinning visual references, pose inspiration, and ideas for styling or props. We will discuss the story, the visual language, and ensure creative synergy. Communication is tailored to your preference—by email, text, or phone call.

02. day of the shoot

We meet 15 minutes before the session—on location or in studio— to settle in, set up, and ease into the creative flow. We'll take a few candid frames to dial in settings and warm up the energy. We'll smoothly transition into a guided but relaxed shoot—designed to make you feel fully in your element to create instinctive, striking imagery.

03. post production

Within 10 business days from the day of the shoot, you’ll receive 50-100 professionally edited photographs per hour of shoot. Additional enhancements are available upon request for any images you would like to print, frame or use commercially.
